Toptada is a brand-name medication that contains the active ingredient tadalafil. It is prescribed to treat several medical conditions in men, including erectile dysfunction (ED) and the symptoms of an enlarged prostate (benign prostatic hyperplasia, or BPH). In some cases, it is also used to treat pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH).
