Claritin (Loratadine) is an antihistamine commonly used to treat allergy symptoms such as runny nose, sneezing, itchy or watery eyes, and itching caused by hay fever, pet allergies, or other seasonal allergies. It can also help treat hives (urticaria), which are red, itchy welts on the skin.
