Travelers, event attendees, and outdoor enthusiasts now frequently use disposable raincoats. But there are serious environmental issues with their widespread use. Conventional disposable raincoats add to pollution and waste accumulation because they are typically made of plastic materials like polyethylene (PE) or polyvinyl chloride (PVC).
