Ukrainian millionaire and space entrepreneur Max Polyakov has regained permission to invest in Firefly Aerospace. Previously, the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States and the U.S. Air Force required Polyakov and his company Noosphere to divest from Firefly due to concerns about sensitive technologies falling into Russian hands during the Ukrainian crisis. However, the threat to national security is no longer deemed significant, leading to the lifting of restrictions.
