Cherrapunji Eastern Craft Gin has unveiled Mountain Berry Gin with Cherry Blossom, a new expression inspired by the highland ecology of Meghalaya. Crafted using rainwater and an unsweetened, uncoloured base, the gin reflects a terroir-driven approach rooted in natural ingredients and processes. Cherry blossom petals and Khasi Sohiong berries define its profile, lending a delicate floral character and a naturally derived pink hue. Complemented by botanicals such as chamomile, taro root, and citrus peels, the gin delivers a balanced, floral, and citrus-forward experience shaped by its place of origin.
