KOJAK settles quietly above the bustle of Juhu Tara Road, offering a bar experience rooted in restraint and presence rather than spectacle. Designed by Esquisse Design, the space unfolds gradually through low lighting, textured materials, and a measured, immersive atmosphere. Its narrative—built around a fragmented, almost-mythical figure—reveals itself subtly through coded details and menu cues rather than overt storytelling. Led by Head Mixologist Ratan Upadhyay, the cocktail programme focuses on precision-driven techniques, while the food, curated by Suheb Chawdhary, complements the experience with balanced, thoughtfully composed dishes.
