A 4 band color code resistor has 3 color bands on left side and one color band on right side. The 3 color bands on left side are very close to each other and the 4th color band on right side is separated from first 3 bands with some space.

The 2N3904 is a good general purpose NPN transistor for amplification and low power switching. It is designed as a 300MHz bandwidth and amplification signal amplifier. In the data sheet it looks like the 2N9013 IC has a continuous collector current of 500 mA compared to the peak value.

The second table is determined by dividing the ratio of bits 10 and 11. The bit ratio1 is defined when the bit ratio0 is finished, but I don't care to write code to write 11 on the ratio, just in case anything happens to the printed bit order.
